Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including food, wine, cocktails, and sake
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist teammates as needed to maintain smooth service flow
