Job Requirements
- High level of mobility and flexibility
- Ability to work irregular hours, including peak times under stress

- Ability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 20 pounds over distances up to 30 feet
- Ability to fit through an opening 30 inches wide
- Frequent reaching, bending, pushing, and pulling required
- Exposure to heat, steam, smoke, cold, and odors
- Must be able to stand and walk continuously during shifts

- Basic skills in sanitation, safety, and customer service learned through in-house training
- Trustworthy and reliable in handling payments and operating cash registers
- Must be able to communicate clearly
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Report to work well-groomed in clean and proper uniform and practice good personal hygiene
- Greet all guests in a kind, courteous and respectable way
- Handle cash, credit card information, gift cards and all payment methods properly
- Take verbal drink and meal orders according to guest preferences
- Serve high quality food and check orders for completeness and presentation
- Monitor and oversee food temperatures to prevent foodborne illness
- Maintain cleanliness of work station and pantry
- Perform side work including rolling silverware, restocking condiments, and cleaning work areas
- Execute the service cycle and team responsibilities at all times
- Maintain sufficient menu knowledge to suggestively sell items to guests
- Write guest checks and operate POS equipment per company policies
- Anticipate and correct system breakdowns to maximize guest satisfaction
- Communicate with managers and co-workers regarding product, service, equipment, or safety issues
