Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- Ability to reach, bend and stoop frequently
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Experience operating Micros or similar POS systems preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to follow sanitation and alcohol awareness procedures
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of problems or unusual matters
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company’s sanitation procedures
- Maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure all financial transactions are accurate
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures
- Assess guest demeanor and identify when to alert a manager
- Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Accurately take and enter guests’ food and drink orders
- Maintain thorough understanding of menu items
- Ensure food is properly garnished and delivered
- Work efficiently adhering to full hands in, full hands out philosophy
- Assist in party setup and breakdown
- Buss and reset tables
- Assist other team members as needed
- Responsible for all sales on personal Micros keys and complete station side work
- Participate in incentives and contests to drive sales
- Follow portion guidelines to ensure cost control
- Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back and responding to needs
- Keep station clean and organized
- Maintain cooperative relationships with team members
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally and through Micros
- Operate Micros, handle credit card transactions, and account for all monies
- Dress according to dress code and maintain neatness
