- Previous customer service experience of at least 6 months
- Some weekend availability

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience of at least 6 months
Job Duties
- Courteously serve all residents and their guests and answer dining related questions
- Offer specials and complete the order by asking appropriate questions to the customer
- Maintain dining room and work areas in a clean and orderly manner according to department standards
- Handle all glassware and silverware in a safe and sanitary manner and reset tables according to procedures
- Assist other departmental staff with assigned duties and training with or without verbal requests
- Perform duties independently with minimal supervision
- Make suggestions for improvement in food and service and participate in meetings
- Work harmoniously and cooperatively within a team structure
