Job Duties
- Greet guests immediately and guide them through menus while demonstrating genuine hospitality
- Provide friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and encourages repeat visits
- Accurately record food orders ensuring each guest receives their meal to exact specifications
- Ensure all food and beverages are served promptly, garnished correctly, and meet Ruth's Chris standards of excellence
- Demonstrate a guest-first mindset by placing high priority on the guest experience
- Effectively communicate with guests and team members
- Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills
