Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- must be able to communicate effectively in English
- no prior criminal convictions that would bar employment
- ability to work well in a team environment
- physical capability to perform cleaning and bussing duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role beneficial
- ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to assist team members
- knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices desirable
Job Duties
- Ensures guest satisfaction and promotes return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
- practices positive public relations through ensuring the restaurant is welcoming and inclusive
- aware of guests' needs and works to make their experience pleasurable
- shows enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and promotions
- promotes teamwork by assisting other Servers
- thoroughly understands product specifications and ensures receipt accuracy
- performs opening and closing procedures and side work duties
- reports equipment and facility problems to the Manager
- follows correct table bussing procedures
- adheres to safe work practices
- performs duty roster and meets cleanliness, service, and quality standards
- follows local health department laws
