Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • must be able to communicate effectively in English
  • no prior criminal convictions that would bar employment
  • ability to work well in a team environment
  • physical capability to perform cleaning and bussing duties

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role beneficial
  • ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to assist team members
  • knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices desirable

Job Duties

  • Ensures guest satisfaction and promotes return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
  • practices positive public relations through ensuring the restaurant is welcoming and inclusive
  • aware of guests' needs and works to make their experience pleasurable
  • shows enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and promotions
  • promotes teamwork by assisting other Servers
  • thoroughly understands product specifications and ensures receipt accuracy
  • performs opening and closing procedures and side work duties
  • reports equipment and facility problems to the Manager
  • follows correct table bussing procedures
  • adheres to safe work practices
  • performs duty roster and meets cleanliness, service, and quality standards
  • follows local health department laws
