Job Requirements
- must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- ability to work well in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or restaurant serving preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English
- friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
Job Duties
- welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately take food and drink orders and input them correctly into the POS system
- pick up and deliver food orders in a timely manner
- ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills, and clear away any unused items
- deliver and settle bills in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety and sanitation rules
