Job Requirements
- Availability to work at least two lunch shifts Monday through Friday
- Ability to work flexible full-time or part-time hours
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capable of handling fast-paced work environments
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous restaurant serving experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Willingness to learn and adapt to training
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service maintaining positive guest relations
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with training and mentoring new servers
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
