Job Duties
- Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating
- describes specials of the day to the guests and answers questions regarding menu items
- takes food and beverage orders from guests and delivers food promptly after preparation
- follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenishes items as needed
- participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests
- maintains organized workstation and completes side work duties
- sets up and breaks down golf stations every shift
- accountable for checks and cash transactions using the Point of Sales system
- follows established systems for order taking, placing, and delivery
- follows standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery and general service
- practices tray service for all food and beverage service
- cross trains in bartending service
- incorporates safe work practices in job performance
- maintains valid driver license for operating equipment
- regular and reliable attendance
- performs other duties as required
