Job Requirements
- must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- requires at least 6 months of related serving experience
- work experience in high volume or fast casual dining preferred
- ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs
- ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform job functions
- ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions
- must frequently immerse hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions
Job Qualifications
- requires at least 6 months of closely related serving experience
- work experience in high volume or fast casual dining restaurant environment preferred
- ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs
- ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand for prolonged periods
- ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and converse comfortably with customers
Job Duties
- takes food and beverage orders
- enters orders quickly and in proper sequence
- serves food and beverages for guests in assigned and other sections
- coordinates with the kitchen to ensure timely service and quality
- provides the highest quality of customer service at all times
- maintains table appearance by pre-bussing and cleaning
- presents checks for payment and manages cash transactions
- follows company customer service and cash handling policies
- keeps station clean and sets up and takes down station tables properly
