Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling orders and payments

Job Duties
- Greet guests immediately and guide them through the menu
- Provide friendly and attentive service to ensure guests feel well taken care of and encourage repeat visits
- Accurately record food orders and ensure each guest receives their meal to exact specifications
- Serve food and beverages promptly, garnished correctly and meeting Ruth's Chris standards
- Demonstrate a guest-first mindset by prioritizing the guest experience
- Communicate effectively with guests and other team members
- Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills
