Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic math skills for handling orders and payments

Job Duties

  • Greet guests immediately and guide them through the menu
  • Provide friendly and attentive service to ensure guests feel well taken care of and encourage repeat visits
  • Accurately record food orders and ensure each guest receives their meal to exact specifications
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, garnished correctly and meeting Ruth's Chris standards
  • Demonstrate a guest-first mindset by prioritizing the guest experience
  • Communicate effectively with guests and other team members
  • Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills
