Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a server/waiter/waitress in the fast-casual restaurant industry
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
- Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to withstand restaurant environment demands

Job Duties
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas
- Ensure compliance with alcohol and food safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members, including Spanish-speaking crew
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts positively and promptly
