Job Duties
- support a strong commitment to world class guest service and ensure a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience for restaurant patrons
- complete training requirements and follow service standards as trained
- greet guests promptly and courteously in assigned workstation
- understand and execute established procedures for verifying guest’s ability to legally purchase and consume alcohol and prevent overindulgence
- learn all menus and communicate all food and beverage offerings
- effectively use suggestive selling techniques
- record food and beverage orders, enter orders into computer system, monitor order preparation status, and safely transport orders to guests
- monitor and address guest needs during meal
- collect monies owed and perform guest check accountability procedures
- perform tip declaration activities and compensate indirectly tipped associates as per established procedures
- perform daily cleaning activities
- perform food running and station set-up/break-down responsibilities as assigned
- perform all other duties as assigned
