Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- capable of standing and walking for up to four hours
- able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- willing to comply with health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear and handwashing
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for handling checks and payments
- commitment to excellent customer service
- age 18 or older
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- take accurate food and drink orders and make menu recommendations
- deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
- prepare checks and accept payment
- maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining area
- communicate effectively with kitchen and staff to ensure smooth service
- adhere to health and safety guidelines throughout the shift
