- ability to bend and reach from under the counter to 6 feet above the ground
- ability to climb ladders or step stools
- dexterity required for handling food items and dishes
- effective communication skills to deal with public
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a fast-paced food service environment is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
- commitment to maintaining health and safety standards
- physical capability to perform required duties including lifting and standing for long durations
Job Duties
- Serve guests with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- maintain cleanliness and organization by cleaning as you go
- adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation procedures
- perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, reaching, and transporting items up to 50 pounds
- stand and walk for extended periods, possibly up to eight hours or more
- effectively communicate with the public to ensure guest satisfaction
- support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment
