Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
- Must have good sense of balance and physical stamina
- Ability to stand and walk continuously for extended periods
- Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and squat frequently
- Must communicate effectively and listen attentively
- Ability to operate POS equipment with manual dexterity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous serving experience in a fine dining or club environment preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and work under pressure
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Report to work as scheduled and in uniform
- Practice positive hygiene and cleanliness
- Obtain station and complete opening and side work duties
- Greet members promptly and make menu suggestions
- Take and record food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Ensure timely service and proper presentation of all items
- Serve all entrée items personally
- Monitor member satisfaction and respond to needs
- Maintain tables and station cleanliness
- Assist fellow employees with service tasks
- Communicate member concerns to management
- Close checks and process payments
- Adhere to safety guidelines and report hazards
- Complete closing duties upon manager's direction
- Maintain knowledge of all standards and procedures
