Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet guests immediately, guide them through menus while demonstrating genuine hospitality
- Provide friendly and attentive service that ensures guests feel well taken care of and encourages return visits
- Accurately record food orders ensuring each guest receives their meal to their exact specifications
- Ensure all food and beverages are served promptly, garnished correctly, and meet Ruth's Chris high standards
- Demonstrate a guest-first mindset by prioritizing the guest experience
- Effectively communicate with guests and team members
- Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills
