Job Requirements

  • Must have a Certified Food Handlers Card and Responsible Beverage Service training
  • Must be 21+ years of age
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Basic understanding of beer, wine, and spirits is preferred
  • Must have excellent time management skills
  • Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
  • Must have high energy, great communication skills, and be able to work as part of a team
  • Must be able to stand during entire shift, often up to 8 hours with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting plates, boxes, and objects up to 30lbs
  • Must have attention to detail and willingness to deliver exceptional customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a high-volume, fine dining environment
  • Certified Food Handlers Card
  • Responsible Beverage Service training
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits preferred
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • High energy and great communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Guide guests through all phases of their experience at the restaurant
  • Clearly and proficiently inform customers of Chef's specials, menu changes and additions, and answer any questions
  • Take food and beverage orders, suggestively selling specific menu items
  • Oversee table maintenance and coordinate table service with fellow team members
  • Work alongside bussers to clear and reset tables and maintain service stations stocked with silverware, glassware, share plates, condiments, sugar, coffee, tea, etc.
  • Respond to guests' needs with a proactive approach
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment
