Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Must be able to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

Greet guests immediately, guide them through menus while demonstrating genuine hospitality
Provide friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and encourages their intent to return
Accurately record food orders ensuring each guest receives their meal to their exact specifications
Ensure all food and beverages are served promptly, garnished correctly, and meet Ruth's Chris standard of excellence
Demonstrate a guest-first mindset by placing a high priority on the guest experience
Effectively communicate with guests and other team members
Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills
