Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or restaurant environment preferred
- ability to memorize menu items and drink offerings
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant positions or customer service (preferred not required)
- strong attention to detail
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Take guests' orders and provide attentive service throughout the meal
- memorize menu items, abbreviations, and various preparation styles
- learn drink offerings, stay up to date on current beers on tap, and educate customers on offerings
- assist in prepping ingredients and maintaining stock on the line
- adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- clean and maintain stock of silverware, menus, napkins, etc.
