Job Requirements
- Experience in food and beverage service
- knowledge of fine dining etiquette and procedures
- ability to handle high volume service
- excellent communication skills
- availability to work scheduled hours including evenings and weekends
- team-oriented mindset
- willingness to participate in tip pool system
Job Qualifications
- Preferred 2 years experience in upscale dining
- extensive wine knowledge preferred
- excellent food and beverage knowledge
- ability to multitask and pay keen attention to detail
- knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits
- leadership and integrity in service
Job Duties
- Maintain a section of 4-7 tables with a cover count of 20-30 guests
- work side work to ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- provide cocktail service experience for high volume bars within Eberly
- create a guest experience
- fulfill steps of service accurately and precisely
- set up and break down events
- communicate efficiently with staff and guests
