Job Duties
- Greet guests immediately and guide them through menus with genuine hospitality
- Provide friendly and attentive service ensuring guests feel well taken care of and encouraged to return
- Accurately record food orders making sure each guest receives their meal according to their exact specifications
- Ensure all food and beverages are served promptly, garnished correctly, and meet Ruth's Chris standard of excellence
- Demonstrate a guest-first mindset by prioritizing the guest experience
- Effectively communicate with guests and team members
- Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills
