Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Physical ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and welcome them to the restaurant
  • Suggest beverages, appetizers, and desserts to enhance the dining experience
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
  • Promptly deliver food orders to guests ensuring timely service
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, offer refills, and remove unused items
  • Present and process the guest bill courteously and thank guests, inviting them to return
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations strictly
