Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age with a valid work permit
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Health Screening including TB test
- Compliance with vaccination, screening, testing, and PPE requirements per regulatory guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Prior serving experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Genuine desire to work with seniors and make a difference in their day
Job Duties
- Serving residents, family members, and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and dignity
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and entering them into the POS system
- Setting, clearing, and resetting tables with care and attention to detail
- Following proper dining service etiquette to ensure a polished, welcoming experience
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized dining environment
- Supporting teammates and collaborating across departments to deliver excellent service
