Job Requirements

  • Ability to greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
  • Detail-oriented with ability to accurately take and deliver orders
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Capable of handling pressure calmly and effectively
  • Availability to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant server role advantageous

Job Duties

  • Greet guests immediately and guide them through menus demonstrating genuine hospitality
  • Provide friendly and attentive service ensuring guests feel well taken care of and encouraged to return
  • Accurately record food orders to ensure each guest receives their meal to exact specifications
  • Serve food and beverages promptly with proper garnishing and presentation meeting Ruth's Chris standards
  • Demonstrate a guest-first mindset by prioritizing the guest experience
  • Effectively communicate with guests and team members to ensure seamless service
  • Stay calm under pressure and exhibit problem-solving abilities
