Job Requirements
- Ability to greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Detail-oriented with ability to accurately take and deliver orders
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Capable of handling pressure calmly and effectively
- Availability to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant server role advantageous

Job Duties
- Greet guests immediately and guide them through menus demonstrating genuine hospitality
- Provide friendly and attentive service ensuring guests feel well taken care of and encouraged to return
- Accurately record food orders to ensure each guest receives their meal to exact specifications
- Serve food and beverages promptly with proper garnishing and presentation meeting Ruth's Chris standards
- Demonstrate a guest-first mindset by prioritizing the guest experience
- Effectively communicate with guests and team members to ensure seamless service
- Stay calm under pressure and exhibit problem-solving abilities
