Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or customer service roles
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages according to local laws
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests, take orders, and suggestively sell menu items
- Accurately enter orders into POS system ensuring a seamless kitchen workflow
- Prepare and refill guests' beverages according to established company recipes and standards, following any and all applicable laws for alcoholic beverages
- Assist guests with menu selections, providing recommendations, and addressing inquiries and special requests
- Communicate effectively, respectfully, and professionally with coworkers, management, and guests
- Respond appropriately to guest requests and concerns, communicating them to coworkers or management as necessary
- Handle guest check transactions, following proper cash handling procedures, processing gift cards and rewards program transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in work areas during and after service
- Continuously pre-buss and reset tables during and after guests' dining experiences
- Follow company policies and standards, as well as any verbal and written instructions from the management team
- Perform opening and closing duties, as needed, assisting with cleaning, stocking, etc
- Assist in additional tasks and deep cleaning projects as directed by management
- Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding, noisy environment
- Occasionally run food, answer phones, and assist with seating during busy periods
