Job Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Basic math skills for handling payments and orders
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a server or in customer service preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Provide outstanding guest service with a warm hospitality rapport, anticipating guest needs, responding promptly and acknowledging all guests, however busy and whatever time of day
- Present menus and assist customers in making food and beverage choices
- Take orders, answer questions or make recommendations for other products
- Serve food in a timely and pleasant manner
- Position, prepare, deliver and set up room service consistent brand standards
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen and bar staff
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Other duties as assigned
