- Food serving experience preferred
Job Duties
- Provide friendly, attentive service to residents and guests
- Ensure a fine dining atmosphere with attention to detail
- Collaborate with the culinary team for smooth meal service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner
- Serve food in an efficient and professional manner
- Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes according to company protocol
- Maintain a clean dining room by wiping down chairs, windows, floors, and work areas after every meal period
- Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents' apartments as needed
- Label and date all food
- Perform other job duties as assigned
