Job Requirements
- Must be of the age of 19 to obtain state-required liquor license
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to work weekends including Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of local and state liquor laws
- Experience in customer service or hospitality
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Job Duties
- Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
- Service of food and/or beverage to include the order-taking, delivery and clearing of any food and/or beverage items
- Caring for guests' needs during their dining experience
- Knowledgeable of our brunch and dinner menu
- Accommodate for guest specific dietary needs
- Communicating guest needs to appropriate management staff when needed
