Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Previous server or restaurant experience preferred
- Reading, writing and basic math skills
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local liquor laws
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a team environment

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and exercise good judgment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Serve and suggestively sell drinks, appetizers, entrees and desserts in an outgoing and friendly manner
- Complete "Sauce Tours" with every table every time
- Perform side duties including answering the phone, bussing tables, washing dishes, cleaning work stations, rolling silverware, expediting orders and running food
- Handle cash accurately and follow steps of service and front of house absolutes
- Interact verbally with guests, greet guests, explain signature items, and listen and respond to questions
- Use the POS system to clock-in/out, process/input orders and complete end of shift procedures
- Practice teamwork by assisting other team members by running food, greeting other tables, pre-bussing, refilling beverages, and providing assistance when necessary
- Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas
- Perform responsible alcohol service procedures including checking identification and monitoring guest alcohol consumption using the traffic light system
- Keep the manager informed of anyone who may be intoxicated or reaching intoxication
