- Have full understanding of menu, offer recommendations and be able to answer guest questions
- Communicate effectively to the kitchen and bar
- Recognize and resolve guest concerns, while maintaining an elevated dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas
- Welcome guests and take food and beverage orders
- Provide exceptional dining experience to members and guests
- Ensure guests and members are smiling and satisfied
