Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- Able to work 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- Able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
- Must pass pre-employment drug test including testing for marijuana and controlled substances
- Must not consume alcohol during employment
- Willing to comply with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Able to perform emergency and safety functions essential to ship operation
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to work 12 hours per day, 7 days per week for up to 28 weeks
- Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
- Physical capability to meet moderate demands including lifting, bending, climbing, standing, and walking
- Willingness to adhere to grooming standards and company policies
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing
Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- Set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including setting tables, arranging linen, silverware, china, and glassware
- Cater to all culinary requests efficiently
- Acknowledge guests by name, escort them to their tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer menu-related questions
- Relay orders to the galley and serve food and beverages ensuring proper presentation and garnishing
- Perform additional functions such as greeting guests on embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
- Maintain compliance with safety and grooming standards
