- Proven experience as a fine dining server
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service etiquette
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems

Job Duties
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, engaging service
- Have full knowledge of food and beverage preparation, guest relations, service styles, and etiquette
- Be fully knowledgeable about the menu, specials, bar/wine list
- Deal with potential complaints with a positive attitude when manager is away
- Suggestive selling and up-selling beverage and food items when appropriate
