Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve or sell alcohol in accordance with state and local laws
- regular and consistent attendance
- ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, and use hands frequently
- ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly
- completion of required certification programs and training
- adherence to company policies including dress code
- knowledge of food safety laws
- ability to manage cash and inventory accurately

- willingness to complete all mandated training and background checks
- must provide friendly and professional customer service

Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards it
- ability to perform guest service duties satisfactorily
- must complete legally required state or local training and obtain necessary certificates for alcohol service
- completion of the Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
- good public speaking skills
- effective listening and response skills
- ability to perform calculations accurately and quickly
- problem identification and data gathering abilities
- good judgment to evaluate information and reach conclusions

Job Duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- serve guests at the concession stand including alcohol sales if applicable
- ensure all alcohol serving complies with state and local laws including training and permits
- promote and adhere to coupon and ongoing promotional programs
- promote the Regal Crown Club Program
- enforce the MPAA rating system
- provide exceptional guest service
- handle all monies and merchandise accurately
- operate, prepare, and clean all concession equipment
- use concession storerooms properly
- utilize cleaning materials per MSDS guidelines
- follow concession opening, closing, and in-between show procedures
- know emergency, evacuation and robbery procedures
- apply effective sales techniques including upselling and suggestive selling
- identify counterfeit bills and follow procedures
- comply with all food safety local, state, and federal laws
- adhere to dress code policies
- ensure guest satisfaction by greeting and thanking all guests
- maintain accuracy of cash drawers, inventory, and coupons
- operate popcorn machines correctly including emergency procedures
- abide by laws regarding breaks and meal periods
- complete progress towards cast certification programs
- read and understand training materials on sexual harassment and discrimination
