Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Previous server experience preferred
- Must be able to handle cash accurately
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong customer service orientation
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately
- Provide detailed menu information and make recommendations
- Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating and responding to needs
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
- Handle payments and balances in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
