Job Requirements
- at least two years of experience at a fast paced dining establishment preferred
- warm and outgoing personality with a passion for food and customer service
- commitment to deliver a unique and memorable guest experience
- excellent people skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- ability to multi-task and work well in a high volume environment
- fluent in english and proficiency in other languages is a plus
- must have valid food handler card
- possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
Job Qualifications
- minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a fast-paced dining environment preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- fluency in english
- valid food handler card
- proficiency in additional languages is a plus
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- take food and beverage orders accurately
- communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
- manage multiple tables efficiently
- ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
