- bartending experience preferred

- must obtain San Bernardino County Food Handlers Card
- responsible Beverage Service Training and Certificate from California Alcohol Beverage Control
- state issued driver’s license or identification card

Job Duties
- Greet guests quickly and efficiently
- memorize signature cocktail recipes and have extensive knowledge of the food menu
- accurately process and close out all credit card receipts
- verify age requirements for alcohol service
- maintain a clean working environment for guests and employees
- perform opening, running, and closing duties as needed
- assist co-workers with side work such as wiping down tables, re-stocking, and rolling silverware
