Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to communicate well with guests and team members
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Must comply with health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to communicate effectively and present a positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations is a plus
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to assist coworkers
- Strong customer service skills and desire to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and carrying trays
Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction and promote return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
- Practice positive public relations by maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Be attentive to guests' needs and work to make their experience pleasurable
- Show enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions
- Promote teamwork by assisting other servers to ensure outstanding guest service
- Thoroughly understand product specifications and ensure guests' receipts match the number of guests dining
- Perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties
- Bring equipment and facility problems to management's attention
- Follow correct table bussing procedures
- Follow safe work practices to ensure personal and coworker safety
- Perform duty roster and meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards
- Adhere to local health department laws
