Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- authorized to work in the US
- able to work in a standing position for long periods (10 plus hours)
- able to safely lift and maneuver up to 20 pounds
- able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests
- must obtain county required food and alcohol serving certifications prior to employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or restaurant server role preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- basic math skills for handling payments
- ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Welcome guests into our home, get to know them, and treat each guest like a VIP
- have the knowledge of every product and ingredient in house and explain why they are the best
- deliver food and beverages efficiently
- seat guests and bus tables
- maintain a clean restaurant environment including tables, terminals, refrigeration units, and host stands
- observe guests to ensure satisfaction with food, service, and ambiance
- assist wherever needed as an invaluable team member
