Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in a restaurant or similar customer service role
- Ability to stand for entire shifts and walk long periods without rest
- Capability to lift, push, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate verbally and work effectively with guests and team members
- Willingness to follow safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Ability to use hands to handle objects and operate necessary equipment
Job Qualifications
- Excellent guest service skills and experience
- Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize and good organizational skills
- Computer skills including POS system experience
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
Job Duties
- Take guest orders utilizing menu knowledge and situational selling techniques
- Serve food and beverages promptly ensuring proper preparation and presentation following company standards
- Communicate professionally with guests to determine needs and assist with menu selections
- Promote new promotions and product information to guests
- Input orders accurately into the POS system
- Pre-bus tables and assist with approved side work as outlined in the side work binder
- Practice safe food and beverage handling and maintain cleanliness
