Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends
- ability to stand and walk for 100% of shift
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to read and write handwritten notes

- work in noisy, fast paced environment with distractions

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- knowledge of food and beverage menus
- familiarity with sanitation and safety standards

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of significant issues
- create a warm and fun atmosphere
- adhere to sanitation procedures
- handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- follow alcohol awareness policies
- monitor guest behavior and report concerns
- greet and seat guests promptly
- take accurate food and drink orders
- maintain thorough menu knowledge
- enter orders correctly into Micros system
- ensure proper food presentation and delivery
- work efficiently following full hands in/out philosophy
- assist with party set up and breakdown
- buss and reset tables
- support team members as needed
- complete sales and station side work
- participate in sales incentives and contests
- follow portion guidelines for cost control
- ensure ongoing guest satisfaction
- maintain clean and organized station
- foster positive working relationships
- communicate effectively with guests and team
- demonstrate Micros proficiency
- maintain professional dress code
- comply with age requirement
