Job Duties
- meet with the kitchen staff and director daily prior to meal service to discuss and familiarize self with the menu and daily menu specials
- perform assigned food preparation duties such as brewing coffee and pouring juices
- use correct serving techniques including serving from the right and clearing from the left
- clear and wash tables after residents are finished with their meals using proper clearing and washing procedures
- prepare tables for the next meal service
- maintain a clean work and dining area at all times
- complete general cleaning assignments posted in the kitchen
