Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- fine dining experience preferred
- availability to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25lbs without assistance
- physical capability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- ability to pass background and drug screening according to company policy
- legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and drinks
- set tables ensuring all supplies meet quality standards
- maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
- communicate any meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen
- explain menu items and specials and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage
- present physical and accurate check and process payment, adhering to all cash handling and credit policies/procedures including added and received gratuity
- welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
