Job Requirements
- No education requirement
- 0 - 2 years of related work experience
- Ability to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or verbal instructions
- Ability to do simple addition and subtraction
- Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions
- Must be able to physically perform medium work exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- Must be able to perform physical activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motions
- Must report to work when scheduled and be punctual
- Must maintain strict adherence to personal hygiene and dress guidelines
- Employment contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment drug screen

Job Duties
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience
- Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner
- Makes an effort to learn customers' names and address them by name
- Answers the telephone promptly and provides helpful service including taking customer orders
- Checks with customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and takes action to correct problems
- Collects payments from customers
- Writes or memorizes food orders or enters orders into computer systems
- Prepares checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes
- Takes orders from patrons for food or beverages
- Checks patrons' identification for alcohol consumption
- Serves food or beverages and prepares or serves specialty dishes
- Presents menus and answers questions, making recommendations
- Cleans tables or counters after patrons finish dining
- Prepares hot, cold and mixed drinks for patrons and chills wine bottles
- Stocks service areas with supplies
- Maintains adherence to hygiene and dress guidelines
- Adheres to company policies and store guidelines
- Reports to work punctually
- Knowledgeable of menu items including bar where applicable
- Accurately reports tip income
