- basic math skills including simple addition and subtraction
- ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions
- physical ability to perform medium work including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
- visual acuity including color vision and depth perception
- capability to perform physical activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions

Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern, and patience in all interactions
- smile and greet customers in a friendly manner throughout the store
- memorize or record food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the system
- deliver food and beverages to patrons ensuring correctness and timeliness
- check with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly
- collect payments and prepare checks itemizing meal costs and taxes
- serve specialty dishes and prepare or serve drinks including chilling wine bottles
- present menus to patrons, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations
- clean tables or counters after patrons have finished dining
- stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens
- adhere to company policies on personal hygiene and dress codes
- report to work on time and follow store guidelines
- accurately report tip income
