Job Requirements
- A flexible schedule is required
- must be able to pass random drug and alcohol screenings
- available on all major holidays
- may be required to apply for a Transportation Workers Identification Card
- ability to lift, pull, push 50lbs
- ability to bend, rotate and reach frequently
- ability to ascend and descend stairs or ladders safely
- ability to maneuver through, in, and around small and/or confined areas within the vessel
- must be able to maintain both static and dynamic standing balance to complete various duties associated with job
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- hospitality experience is preferred
- background in restaurants, banquets, or special events serving preferred
- high school diploma or GED equivalence certificate preferred
- training or certification in food handling preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Collaborate effectively with the operations team and back-of-house team
- ability to multitask and work at a fast pace
- self-starter with strong attention to detail
- set up and break down of dining room
- maintain a clean and well-stocked work area including bussing
- collect money, accurately provide change and input into POS
- serve guests and fill server orders quickly and courteously
- check IDs in accordance with beverage guidelines
- exercise good judgment, creativity, and sensitivity in response to changing situations
- additional duties may be assigned
