Job Requirements

  • A flexible schedule is required
  • must be able to pass random drug and alcohol screenings
  • available on all major holidays
  • may be required to apply for a Transportation Workers Identification Card
  • ability to lift, pull, push 50lbs
  • ability to bend, rotate and reach frequently
  • ability to ascend and descend stairs or ladders safely
  • ability to maneuver through, in, and around small and/or confined areas within the vessel
  • must be able to maintain both static and dynamic standing balance to complete various duties associated with job

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • hospitality experience is preferred
  • background in restaurants, banquets, or special events serving preferred
  • high school diploma or GED equivalence certificate preferred
  • training or certification in food handling preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Collaborate effectively with the operations team and back-of-house team
  • ability to multitask and work at a fast pace
  • self-starter with strong attention to detail
  • set up and break down of dining room
  • maintain a clean and well-stocked work area including bussing
  • collect money, accurately provide change and input into POS
  • serve guests and fill server orders quickly and courteously
  • check IDs in accordance with beverage guidelines
  • exercise good judgment, creativity, and sensitivity in response to changing situations
  • additional duties may be assigned
