Job Duties
- assist residents entering the dining room
- keep records of meals, allergies, and dietary needs
- ensure exceptional dining experience for residents
- help train culinary staff
- work alongside Dining Director and Chefs
- set tables and bus tables
- wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of dishwashing and dining areas
