- excellent guest relations skills
- previous experience handling money and operating point of sales processing systems a plus
- flexible schedule

- professional dress, speech and behavior
- must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties
- describe the Tucanos experience and menu items
- assist in making food and beverage selections
- take and ring in orders
- deliver food and beverages to guests
- follow established guidelines and procedures to ensure quality of food and service
- lend a hand with seating guests, clearing and setting tables, and light kitchen prep work
- communicate effectively with front and back-of-the-house team members to exceed guest expectations
