Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years related experience
- knowledge of restaurant procedures and customer service
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- strong verbal communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- availability for flexible scheduling
- compliance with health and safety standards

Job Duties
- Takes guest orders utilizing menu knowledge and situational selling techniques
- serves food and beverages to guests promptly ensuring items are prepared properly and delivered on time according to company standards
- communicates professionally with guests to determine needs and assist with menu selections
- communicates new promotions and product information to guests
- demonstrates knowledge of menu items by accurately describing food
- inputs orders accurately into the POS system
- pre-bus tables and assist with side work as needed
- practices safe food and beverage handling and maintains cleanliness
- safely handles food prep equipment such as knives and beverage machines
- effectively handles guest complaints escalating to manager when appropriate
- interacts with guests to manage wait times and ease
- assists in other job categories as assigned
- performs all other duties as assigned
