Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant role is an asset
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work the morning and early afternoon shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills for using touch screen ordering systems
- Ability to work fast and efficiently in a busy environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Must demonstrate kindness and customer-focused attitude

- Ability to use a touch screen tablet for order taking/payment processing
- Able to place plates, utensils, pans and cases on high and low shelves
- Reading, writing, and verbal communication skills required

- Ability to work fast, safe, efficient, and accurately for periods of up to 10 hours per day
- Attention to detail
- Mobility required during the entire shift
- Ability to carry bus tubs full of dishes and miscellaneous items from the tables, throughout the entirety of the restaurant
- Able to respond in emergency situations to avoid imminent dangers to self and others
Job Duties
- Communicating with the other servers, host/hostesses, bussers, servers, bartenders, expos, and management team to ensure tables are updated in our seating system and readily available for the next guests
- Maintain our seating system and waitlist
- Answering the phone
- Providing exceptionally kind service for all guests that choose to dine with us or order take out
- Pre-bussing tables in the dining room when all dirty tables are clean
- Bussing/cleaning tables inside the restaurant as well as on the patio, and helping clean the bar top as needed
- Replace sanitizer in spray bottles and buckets as needed to ensure safety and sanitation
- Clean, disinfect, and sanitize work areas before, during and after shift
- Assist with stocking glassware, water bottles, plate ware, silverware, dishes, etc. as needed
- Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects
- Run food to the tables in the dining room and patio
- Complete sidework and closing duties as assigned per shift
